Brut Nature Chardonnay 2011

Chardonnay wine, probably the grape that makes the finest white wines in the world, is ideal to produce long ageing cavas. In the case of this Perelada Brut Nature Chardonnay, it stays in the bottle at least 24 months before disgorging.

Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Chardonnay (100%)
Ageing: At least 24 months in the bottle, before disgorging.
Tasting note: Straw yellow colour with greenish nuances. Limpid and bright. Its generous stream of fine bubbles forms a perfect crown. It has a clean aroma that reminds of ripe fruit, with marked tones derived from the ageing. Dry and smooth on the palate, it is complex in the mouth and has a good tasting balance.
