Gran Claustro 2012

Designation of origin: Empordà
Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon (75%), Syrah (15%), Samsó (10%).
Ageing: 19 months in new barrels of French Allier oak.
Tasting note: This wine presents a deep ruby red colour. Its aroma reminds of ripe, fresh fruit, perfectly harmonised with fine ageing notes and a spicy background. In the mouth it is fresh, enveloping, with ripe and silky tannins. This is a very elegant wine, well balanced, with a long after-taste, a strong personality and an excellent ageing potential.
