Two wines with notable aromas of fresh fruit and flowers. A white and a rosé with smooth, elegant characteristics, a direct result of the varieties of grape used. All these are typical of the Mediterranean climate, or are well adapted to this environment.

Blanc de Blancs 2015

This white wine of marked floral and fruity aromas has a smooth and elegant character that reminds of the varietals from which it has been made, all of them typical of the Mediterranean region.

Designation of origin: Catalunya
Varietals: Merlot (12%), Cabernet Sauvignon (8%), Syrah (2%).
Ageing: Young wine.
Tasting note: Pale straw yellow colour, with some green hints. In the nose there are fresh fruits and floral notes. In the mouth it is well-balanced, round, nice, very long-lasting. This is a complex wine, enveloping, with a long after-taste.

Rosé 2015

This rosé wine of marked floral and fruity aromas has a smooth and elegant character that reminds of the varietals from which it has been made, all of them typical of the Mediterranian region or perfectly adapted to its climate.

Designation of origin: Empordà
Varietals: Ull de Llebre (45%), Garnatxa (41%), Cabernet Sauvignon (14%).
Ageing: Young wine.
Tasting note: Bright light rosé-colored wine. Red fruits aroma, with flower notes. In the mouth it is fresh, nice, enveloping. This is a very well-balanced, long-lasting wine.
