Perelada Brut Reserva is made with wine of the three typical cava varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. This is a classic cava made according to the traditional method, with the utmost rigor and care that are characteristic of Perelada.
Traditional cavas produced with the charisma which characterises Perelada. Our Brut Reserva, Seco and Semi Seco are made with the three classic grape varieties: Macabeu, Xarel.lo and Parellada. They are structured, elegant and have a tremendous sensory breadth. Perelada Brut Rosé, a fruity and floral cava which was a great favourite of the brilliant Salvador Dalí, is born from a blend of Garnatxa, Pinot Noir and Trepat.
Brut Reserva
Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Macabeu (30%), Xarel·lo (45%), Parellada (25%).
Ageing: The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, following the traditional method. It stays in the cellar for about fifteen months before disgorging.
Tasting note: Pale yellow colour. Good bubble detachment. Thanks to its ageing, it has developed a fine aroma with fruit hints. Its well balanced structure, elegance and sensorial richness form an unmistakable personality.

Brut Rosé
Perelada Brut Rosé offers a different touch of colour with its blend of red varietal wines.
Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Garnatxa (69%), Pinot Noir (17%), Trepat (14%).
Ageing: About twelve months in bottle, before disgorging.
Tasting note: Pale cherry red. Clean and bright. Its generous stream of fine bubbles forms a crown. It has a fruity aroma with a slight ageing tone. This wine has a complex and fruity taste, sweet and with a good balance in the mouth.

Semi Sec
A classic cava, made with wine of the three typical varieties, which ages for twelve months before disgorging.
Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Macabeu (40%), Xarel·lo (30%), Parellada (30%).
Ageing: Minimum of 9 months in bottle, before disgorging.
Tasting note: Bright pale yellow colour. Fine floral aromas, with ageing hints. Sweet and well balanced in the mouth, this is a broad and persistent wine.

An elegant cava with floral aromas and subtle ageing hints which are fruit of the twelve months spent in the bottle.
Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Macabeu (35%), Xarel·lo (33%), Parellada (32%).
Ageing: The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, following the traditional method. It stays in the cellar for about twelve months before disgorging.
Tasting note: Bright pale yellow colour. Its fine aroma is basically floral, although it also has some ageing hints. Well balanced, fresh and persistent in the mouth, it presents a good sensory evolution.
