The Perelada Castle hosts several extraordinary collections which are among the country's best: paintings, books, medieval capitals, coins, ceramics, winemaking tools, etc. This wine is a tribute to the Glass Collection, which brings together outstanding pieces of different eras and the best schools.
Collection Negre 2016
Designation of origin: Empordà
Varietals: Syrah (34%), Cabernet Sauvignon (22%), Cabernet Franc (21%), Merlot (16%), Garnatxa Negre (6%), Samsó (1%)
Ageing: 20 months in Bordeaux barrels of French oak Allier of second wine, rest with bottle.
Tasting note: Cherry red color. The aroma reminds us of ripe fruits, spices, balsamic notes and a roasted background. The palate is broad, structured and balanced. It has some tannins present but very round. The acidity brings a lot of freshness. It is a wine with a lot of personality and a long aftertaste.

Collection Rosé 2019
Designation of origin: Empordà
Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon (48%), Garnatxa (39%), Syrah (13%).
Ageing: Young wine.
Tasting note: Raspberry red. Red fruits aroma, with some fine vegetal notes and a nice lactic touch.
In the mouth it is fresh, round, enveloping, with a very aromatic after-taste. It ends up perfumed, expressive, long-lasting, with fruity sensations.
This is a well-balanced wine, with a strong personality.

Collection Blanc 2021
Designation of origin: Empordà
Varietals: Chardonnay (65%), Sauvignon Blanc (35%).
Ageing: Young wine. 4% aged in acacia new barrels.
Tasting note: Bright yellow in colour.
Aromas of sweet fruits, reminds of peaches and bananas. In the mouth it is round, fresh, well-balanced and enveloping.
This is an intense wine, complex, with an expressive and very long after-taste. It stands out for its unique complexity and personality.
