Since 1987, every summer Castillo Perelada hosts one of the most prestigious music festivals in Europe. This cava is a tribute to all the artists who year after year honour us with their presence, shining like the stars of the Empordà sky under which they perform.
Stars Organic 2020
Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Xarel·lo (40%), Macabeo (25%). Parellada (25%), Chardonnay (10%).
Ageing: At least 9 months in the bottle, before disgorging.
Tasting note: Bright yellow colour with greenish nuances. Bright and clean. Generous bubble detachment. On the nose its clean and fruity, with some ageing notes. Very expressive. In the mouth there are ripe fruits, with a hint of nuts and a good balance.
Stars Brut Reserva 2020
Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Xarel·lo (45%), Macabeu (20%), Parellada (15%), Chardonnay (10%), Pinot Noir (10%).
Ageing: At least 15 months in the bottle, before disgorging.
Tasting note: Pale yellow colour with greenish hints. Bright and clean. Its generous stream of fine bubbles forms a perfect crown. In the nose it is clean, with fruity notes and marked ageing notes. Dry, smooth and complex in the mouth, it has a great tasting balance.
Stars Brut Nature Reserva 2020
Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Parellada (70%), Xarel·lo (15%), Macabeu (15%).
Ageing: At least 15 months in the bottle before disgorging.
Tasting note: Sparkling pale straw color with greenish glints. Bright and clear. Generous stream of fine bubles forming a beautiful Crown. Clean and crisp fruity aromas with subtle notes of ageing enhancing its complexity. Bone dry, smooth on the palate yet complex, with a pleasant mouthfeel and good balance.
Stars Touch of Rosé 2020
Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Garnatxa (85%), Pinot Noir (15%).
Ageing: At least 9 months in the bottle, before disgorging.
Tasting note: Delicate angel pink in colour. Bright and limpid. Its fine bubbles detach, forming a crown on the surface. Its aroma is clean, floral and fruity, long-lasting and elegant. Complex on the palate, fruity, smooth, silky, with a good balance.
